At Garage Grown Gear, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ultralight equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in brand-new condition with original tags attached, and pack them securely in a shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
